Cookies

The public docs use only the technical data needed to serve pages and keep the service secure. If non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are added later, they will be used only with consent.

Sharing

We share personal data where needed with hosting, infrastructure, email, support, security, payment, accounting, legal, and professional service providers. We may also share data with customers receiving subscribed intelligence, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law or needed to protect the service.

We do not sell client contact data.

Retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Account, API, and audit records are retained while access is active and for a reasonable security and dispute period after access ends. Legal, tax, and accounting records are kept for the period required by law. Threat-intelligence records are retained while they remain useful for security analysis, quality control, or customer service delivery.

International processing

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for those transfers, we use appropriate transfer terms or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Your rights

Depending on the data and context, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time.

Send requests to contact@domainintelligence.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.

Automated processing

Domain Intelligence systems may automatically normalise, group, score, filter, and enrich technical indicators. We do not use these docs or API access to make solely automated decisions about people that have legal or similarly significant effects.
